Martin Leonard is a bilingual Certified Canadian Electrical Inspector for QPS EVALUATION SERVICES conducting field evaluations in the province of Quebec, Canada. He was recently nominated by the Canadian Section Executive Committee of IAEI. He has been a member of the IAEI Quebec chapter since August 2013.
