If you are interested in reprinting articles or graphics from IAEI Magazine or from other locations on this website, follow the guidelines below and submit a permissions request. These instructions apply to both print and electronic media requests.
Permission to Reprint
All requests must be made in writing (e-mail is preferred). Due to high volume, normal turnaround time is 10 working days from the receipt of a request. Each permission applies to one-time, one-media reprint only.
For all publication requests
Contact us and include the following information:
- Intended use
- Title of the article
- Date of the article
- Author’s name
- Issue in which the article appeared, (i.e., January/February 2001)
- Name of your publication.
- Your cover price or membership fee
- Who is the publisher?
- Your circulation / Print Run
- Target readership/background on company.
Please indicate of this is for academic or internal use.
To Order Reprints of Articles
If you wish to send an email or fax the information instead, please include the following information:
- Title of the article
- Date of the article
- Author’s name
- Issue in which the article appeared, (i.e., January/February 2001)
- Desired number of copies
- Whether you wish to add an ad to the reprint
Permission to Use Graphics
IAEI photographs, images, drawings, and logos may not appear in any print or electronic format without the written permission of IAEI Publishing. A licensing fee may apply.
Permission to Link
Organizations in the electrical industry or government departments generally do not need to request permission to create a text link to the IAEI.org or IAEI Magazine (iaeimagazine.org) homepage.
If you wish to link to a specific article within the IAEI Magazine online section, please contact the Managing Editor.
Linking to other sites should not be construed as an endorsement by IAEI, but as an informational link to promote safety in the industry.
