I called the plan’s architects and engineers but they “pooed” me away.
So, I called an independent electrical engineer, they sent a rep and we toured the existing electrical service. I received a letter stating “the hospital was overloaded”, not even considering the new 12story addition.
I passed the letter to management and subsequently the hospital had it rewired which took about a year.
